Terms of Use
Effective 13 October 2026 · Last updated 13 October 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of haxset.com (the "website"), operated by Haxset LLP ("Haxset", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Everything on the website, including our research articles, is general information. It is not security, legal or compliance advice for your organization, and it does not create a client relationship. Techniques described in our research are published for education and defence. You are responsible for having written permission before testing any system you do not own.
3. Our services are governed by separate agreements
Penetration testing, red teaming, Haxset Engine access and any other service are provided only under a separate written agreement signed with us, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, subscription terms or non-disclosure agreement. Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
4. No unauthorized testing
You may not scan, probe, test, attack or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or any other Haxset system, except in good faith under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which sets out what is in scope and how to report what you find. Activity outside that policy is not authorized.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, its servers or its networks, including through automated access that places an unreasonable load on them;
- submit malicious code, spam or false information through the contact form or any other channel;
- impersonate any person or organization;
- use the website or its content to build a competing product or service.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, research, graphics, the Haxset name and logo, are owned by Haxset LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Certification names and logos belong to their respective owners.
You may view the website and print or save pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may quote short extracts of our research with attribution and a link to the original article. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links
The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Haxset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Haxset LLP is registered. Any dispute arising from them will be settled by the competent courts of that country, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
